Right of withdrawal for online purchases

If you buy a package online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts when the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, a clear message by email or post is enough:

If services have already started

If appointments have already taken place, or services have already been prepared or provided before the withdrawal period ends, an appropriate amount may be retained for those services where legally permitted.

Unused services from a package will be taken into account if there is a valid withdrawal.

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Changing an appointment is not the same as withdrawing from the whole package. If you only need to move or cancel one appointment, please contact Nina as early as possible so the appointment can be planned again.

Refunds

Refunds are usually returned to the payment method used for the purchase. Processing time can take a few days depending on the payment provider.

If you have a refund question outside the statutory withdrawal period, please write to Nina. We will review the situation individually.
