What data is collected on the website
When you visit and use yayaprenatal.de, the following data is processed:
- When you visit the site: IP address, browser type, access time, pages visited (server log data)
- Package selection / price configurator: selected services and package options (locally in your browser, no transmission to servers)
- Booking via Cal.com: name, email address, optional phone number, requested appointment time
- Payment via Stripe: name, email address, payment information (credit card, SEPA, etc.)
- Email communication: name, email address, message content
Important: no health data is collected on the website. No information on weeks of pregnancy, symptoms, blood values, or medical details. Such data is only recorded in the practice — a separate Clinical Privacy Information document will be provided to you at your first appointment.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the following legal bases:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract): appointment booking, payment processing, email communication in connection with our services
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): server log data to ensure reliable operation and troubleshooting of the website

For processors based in the USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) serve as a safeguard for an adequate level of data protection under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Retention periods
- Server log data: automatically deleted after 30 days
- Booking data (Cal.com): stored after the appointment for the duration of the business relationship
- Payment data (Stripe): retained for 10 years under German tax law (§ 147 AO)
- Email communication: for the duration of the business relationship, max. 3 years after last contact
Cookies and third-party content
The website yayaprenatal.de uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel), and no advertising cookies. No third-party iframes are embedded that would independently set cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. session management) may be set by the processors used (Cal.com, Stripe) when their functions are invoked.

This privacy policy applies solely to data processing on the website yayaprenatal.de. For data processing in the context of naturopathic treatment in the practice (health data, lab results, treatment records), separate privacy terms apply.
